The manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This evening two people there an older woman with Ted her and the young skinny manager gave me the hardest time because of my am bag I have been bringing with me for 4 months to work out I carry my inhaler because of my asthma the were very unprofessional- nasty and rude. I have been going to gyms all my life and I have never been treated so badly I will be contacting Headquarters tomorrow with my complain I have more then 20 professional friends that work out here too and I will be passing on this behavior they all have had a an in counter the the manager

The staff at the PSL Federal Planet Fitness gym are professional and friendly. Always available to assist and the gym is clean. The trainer and training sessions are extremely helpful with instruction and making one feel comfortable using the equipment and meeting my goals.

Haven't been there yet but their prices are half what the place in Ft Pierce charges. Took the virtual tour and the place looks really nice. I'll be going there as soon as I find a work out partner.

Clean. Polite Staff and Members. Plenty of treadmills, elliptical machines and stationary bikes. Plenty of dumbbells and enough free weights (usually)(unless it is a peak time).

Drinks are pricey for some demographic groups but Dollar Tree is the same shopping center.

Adjacent Vacant Teal Estate would be ideal for development because of the High Traffic in and out of Planet Fitness.

I travel all over the US so Planet Fitness (PF) is ideal since they have a location in most cities. This planet fitness however has the least amenities, square footage, workout equipment, operating hours, etc... It is packed almost every time I go and there is usually a wait to use the equipment. Most PF gyms inform members when they last replaced in their beds and have different types of tanning beds to choose from. This planet fitness has 3 beds that are all the same, the bulbs are so old they barely tan anymore, and they have a 10 minute limit so it's very hard to get a tan here. No information posted about when bulbs were last changed and the employees do not know when asked. Some positives.... the employees at the front desk are nice and courteous, there is plenty of parking (but no security cameras), cheapest prices compared to any other gyms, and the facility/equipment is kept clean.

Outstanding facility, but even better staff. Kit (manager) is welcoming, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is at all interested in physical fitness .... mild and stress free or intense. You will love this place.

Too small for the town's population. Every time i go the equipment i want to use is in use. A 45 min. Workout turns into a 2 hour spectacle. The staff is nice and friendly. The manager is a shoe nazi and wouldn't let me workout cause of my shoes. They're open 24/5 instead of 24/7. And the a/c isn't as cold as other planet fitnesses I've been to in about 5 states. The extra star is cause the staff is really great.

Staff gets 5 stars since they know me by name, are friendly and awesome. Subtracting one star from overall rating because I wish they had more of certain equipment (Stairmasters, ellipticals, and some of the strength machines) and a larger stretching area. I understand that this is up to corporate and this location is smaller than most, but I wish they had made the locker rooms smaller or something in order to accommodate just a few more of the most popular machines. Even when it's not very busy (less than half of the cardio being used) I find myself waiting 10, 15 minutes for equipment.

Very good ! Humble staff and the only flaw with planet fitness is that they charge you the yearly maintenance fee 2 months after you sign up even tho you haven't been there a year. For that i give 3 stars out of five. If they change that dumb policy i will give PF a 5 star. Read the fine print people.

Very crowded. I feel like the spray doesn't really clean the equipment well. But if you want to exercise then it's a decent place to go.

Clean friendly environment. For you of those driving cross country this has bench Smith machines that are angled and not straight; however, what makes this gym unique from the other Planet Fitnesses is that it has a seated preacher curl with a free weight Ez Bar. Kudos to this Planet Fitness
