During this tough moment, a Yoga One instructor offered free classes. It was a good workout and a stress reliever. Keep them coming!. I love Yoga One!! I've been going for a few months and enjoy all of the classes and the instructors.... more

Perhaps the best customer service I have ever received at a gym. Clean facilities, positive, motivating atmosphere. A big difference compared to other gyms nearby.. Great box! Great atmosphere! Awesome, knowledgeable & supportive coaches! My husband and I have been training at Hallandale Beach CrossFit for a few years and do not plan on going to any other box.... more
Fun indoor sports for everyone and Birthday Partys. The venue was perfect for the occasion! Service, food, drinks, ample space and they even had free weights bench to have a little show case session!!! Talk about solar power .... more
