During this tough moment, a Yoga One instructor offered free classes. It was a good workout and a stress reliever. Keep them coming!

I love Yoga One!! I've been going for a few months and enjoy all of the classes and the instructors. The instructors are really helpful and patient (...Dr. Steve's class is A LOT of fun so prepared to laugh!) It's a clean, professionally ran studio that's also very welcoming and warm. There are 2 studios, one hot and one regular temp which is really convenient. I've been doing yoga for almost 20 years and this is one of the better studios I've practiced in. I've tried a bunch of different studios in South Florida since moving here a few years ago and I think I've found my Yoga home! Looking forward to my next class! :)

Yoga 1 is an awesome place. I was encouraged to attend by Dr. Steve my chiropractor, whose also a yoga instructor(Natural Life Chiropractic Center) and my first experience was great. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming and kind. My yoga class was called Restorative Yoga with Shari. My teacher (Shari) was super friendly, kind and very helpful. I didn't feel unwelcome or out of place as an obese person, which I know can discourage overweight people from trying yoga.
I was encouraged to try other classes and come back to join them again. The other students were really nice too. Will be returning with friends.

Love this yoga studio! The only downside is that there are no afternoon classes. I paid for a 3 month membership when I could go to morning classes but rarely use the remaining months because they offer no afternoon classes :(

Everything about Yoga 1 is amazing. The teachers, classes. I am so grateful that I found this place. Learning and understanding everything about Yoga, it will definitely change your life for the better!!!

Great choice of classes, anybody with different abilities will find an appropriate class, all instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, facilities are very nice. Customer service is terrific.

Really enjoyed my class, great instructor, clean studio and well stocked with blocks, straps etc that you may need for various poses.

Great variety of classes & instructors, the hot yoga classes are a great workout and you will sweat! Also offer other non-traditional classes for those not just looking for yoga but to connect mindfully with others. Love spending time with this kula.

This studio is 1st class! nice yoga rooms, lockers and bathrooms (with very clean shower). Very clean spacious and organized, I feel like I'm in a Lululemon store :D.
They have beverages and cool yoga clothes too. If you need to borrow a mat is not a problem.
The teachers are wonderful and every time I visit Florida I have a blast in their classes and events.
Classes for all levels and various styles too. Very high quality yoga with vetted instructors.
It's actually very inexpensive for SoFla yoga studios that are pricey and cannot compare to this studio regarding location, facility and class quality.
Atmosphere is great, not clicky ppl or weird attitude; most students in their community are real sweet and friendly, you won't find competitive or "trend yogis" there.
Staff is very professional and at the same time friendly.
I feel at home every time I visit.

Huge fan of Yoga One. I love the schedule and the variety of classes available. I love the effort made by the instructors to welcome and know every person. I love that phones are not allowed in rooms. I love that there are no mirrors. I love that there are affordable packages. I love that instructors take classes too.

There's nothing like attending Yoga1 where they literally put their entire heart, mind and soul into their practice! Carries me through days beyond the class I attended - centered and focused!

First yoga class today and it was fantastic!! Our instructor was Ellie and she is amazing!! Class was tough "for me" and I'm surprised I made it through...barely. I am definitley looking forward to continuing my training here. Namaste..

Awesome instructors and Friendly staff! Ellie is awesome in assuring proper technique is carried out in each posture and she encourages you to explore and is great at helping you let go of fear in Acroyoga.
