There is plenty of parking around the area of this gym, parking was not a issue at all for us. As we came in we saw that the place is pretty nice and large, with lots of walls and plenty things to do we had a tour of the gym and saw all walls and the members only gym too.... more

Friendly staff. The free trial was easy. I ended up buying some weights from a friend, and they cancelled it no questions asked. Nice facilities. The main area can be pretty crowded at peak hours but they have another area a few steps down the street which helps.... more

Their yoga teachers are all super knowledgeable and inventive! They do lots of community outreach projects also. It was amaaaazing. The ambient is extremely relaxing and welcoming. Went to candlelight yin yoga and had a great instructor and even live music.... more

Love this place but the covid restriction are off and they should be open and there not! And no info on when they will be...... I love the trainers at this location. I train with Paul, who is amazingly patient and extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, body mechanics, and best practices in training.... more

It was my first cycling class; there was no instruction whatsoever plus the room was compact and hot. The instructor never came around to check on people who may be new or even addressed the class to inquire if there was anybody new; thankfully the person next to me was willing to help me adjust the equipment.... more
Nice local fitness center, open 24 hrs, friendly staff and members. Not a large center so exercise machines are limited as are free weights. I'll return once they open again after Covid-19.... more
