Incredible place for all ages but being a competitve athlete this is really perfect for me. The state of the art modalities are the best I have seen anywhere. Dr. Ruben is really great.
I have only positive things to say about Rubin Health Center and all the people who work there. I have been going to Scott Rubin on and off for 5 years and he has managed every time to get me back to "my" normal active life style. He always takes the time to hear what my concerns are and to come up with a comprehensive plan of action to get me back to working out. Dr Rubin listens to what I am comfortable with in treatments and makes suggestions on how to help me, even if it was going outside his office for that treatment. He and all the staff are knowledgeable and caring and I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of their services.
Dr. Rubin spends time getting to know you, learning about your lifestyle, and what your goals are for working with him. I especially like that he has worked with Olympic athletes on peak performance.
The treatments are gentle yet effective, I got immediate relief from the pain in my back plus my muscles relaxed so tightness and stiffness was gone.
Dr. Rubin then takes the time to map out a detailed program of stretching, nutrition, proper posture (sitting & standing), exercises, lifestyle changes which are specifically tailored to you.
I like this approach because I like to ask lots of questions about any injury and specifically what can I do once I leave to speed up the healing process.
Dr. Rubin and the entire staff are totally client focused. They truly want you to be healthy and happy. Great place with great people. Highly recommended!

The offices facilities are top notch and very clean with all the latest technology including the amazing Zero G treadmill. The physical therapy sessions and and treatments by Dr Rubin got me back to running pain free quickly. My back and hip issues have improved 100%. I appreciated all the additional advice on additional reading and education on exercises I can do on my own to continue to improve my running. I also never had to wait for my appointment as they were always ready for me when I arrived and never felt pressured into weeks and weeks of unnecessary adjustments. I love the guys and gals at Rubin Health Center!

These guys are THE REAL DEAL.I had a serious foot injury where i was worried about ever walking properly again , and I'm back at work on my feet for 9 hours a day !! Extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgable staff makes you feel good about rehabilitation.My foot was broken in three places, tendons torn, the insides crushed and bruised from a car accident. Dr Rubin , Clair and the rest of the staff got me back on my feet and continue to support me in my healing.I am forever grateful

I have been coming here for over a decade, and have always had great care and service. They are extremely knowledgeable on how to navigate the insurance and work with me on how to best maximize my benefits. I have recently needed physical therapy, and they have done a great job of managing my recovery. Love this place and everyone here!

As a young person dealing with an extreme injury, dragging from doctor to doctor explaining my story, it is both mentally and physically exhausting. After seeing almost 12 physicians, I came to Dr. Scott Rubin. Within the FIRST Visit he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. I saw a neurologist who wasn't as knowledgeable as Rubin, and was unable to diagnose, yet he could on day one. Besides this, The center provides top services along with the best staff. Dr. Rubin is personable, caring, and so beyond invested in his patients. He goes above and beyond even when he is not asked. He pushed forward until he finds a solution to every problem, He wont rest. I have not just found a center to be treated at, I have found a concerned, efficient group led by the best doctor around, and I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a professional, uplifting environment, while getting the best care in the Tampa Bay Area.

While initially I was excited to find a local chiropractor using the Graston technique my joy was short-lived. I had called my insurance company to see if chirpractic and the Graston technique were covered, they were. In my first appointment I'm told the Graston technique is not covered and it will be a $35.00 charge. I though no problem. On top of that there was a $45.00 charge. So for 3 visits in the course of a week I spent $240.00. After the first visit I was a little sore, that was expected. After the second visit in which I feel my back was over worked , I notice in the mirror dark purple bruising. After the third visits to which I said no to the Graston technique they could barely touch me. It has been a few weeks since I have been there and they keep texting me to come back. No thank you! I've had the Graston technique before in Chicago with Dr. Darren Hancock and was never so sore and had limited movement like I did with this place. I feel they were trying anything to put cash in their pockets. I had very little relief and definitely came away with more injury to my back than prior to treatment.
What the heck? Wish I could say my experience was like the other positive reviews. On my 2nd visit (insurance pays for up to 12 visits), it was recommended by more than 1 staff member that I buy their 'pre-paid visits' plan of x number of visits for somewhere around a thousand dollars, for when after my insurance ran out. But this was only my SECOND visit. Over the course of a couple more visits, I saw other indicators that this place focuses on maximizing their payments. At that point, I went to Thorpe Chiropractic. There are so many other good reviews, so you should decide for yourself.

Dr Rubin saved my life..no more ridiculous medication that never worked just made me not care about the pain. My life is so active now !

I went to see Dr Pizzi for an issue I was having with my knee/leg that was becoming life altering.
I am so glad I did! He began working with me right away and in a few weeks has changed my life! I highly recommend seeing him for any and all ailments! If you follow his guidance you will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr Pizzi for giving me my life back!!!
I respect Dr. Rubin far more than I can put in words. I drive from Largo to his office in St. Pete. I feel that my health is just as important to him & Lori as it is to me. I go in today knowing I'm going to feel so much better when I leave. He never fails me!! I'm sad to say I can't go back because my insurance won't cover him. Broken hearted. I'll still continue to refer people to him.
Arrived in awful pain and unable to move around and left upright and pain reduced significantly. Very nice facility and staff. Was looking for local chiropractic for a long time and happy to have found Dr Rubin. He used a mix of techniques to heal me.
I absolutely love this chiropractic office from the chiropractic services from Dr. Rubin to my wonderful personal trainer Michelle. Staff is great and it's easy to get in and out...
The staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful, and a joy from the minute you walk into the office. They helped me with every question I had patiently. I have never been to a chiropractor who was more knowledgeable than Dr.Rubin. He is also compassionate and kind. His only goal is the wellness of his patients and it really shows through his work. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all of my friends.
I really enjoy the Pilates studio at Rubin Health Center. They offer lots of mat classes as well as private sessions on the reformer, Cadillac and tower. I always get a great workout too!
I was about 32 weeks pregnant and experiencing excruciating pelvic/groin pain. Dr. Pizzi was incredibly understanding and patient - he also has kids and was able to give me more insight into my pain and body changes through pregnancy. He was super professional and very nice, and had really effective techniques. I would highly recommend visiting him if you are pregnant and experiencing the normal pregnancy aches and pains! I will definitely be back even after birth :) I only wish I had visited him earlier!
