The employees are always sitting talking in the phone laughing and having a good time. They are rude when you ask them something they ignore you or respond rude. The machines have gums, dirty paper towels, and are always sticky.... more

always out of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. Need to do something about people sitting on the machines and surfing their cell phones instead of doing their reputations in a timely manner, they make people wait unnecessarily wasting peoples time.... more
Great place to workout, sometimes needs more equipment but overall a great place to workout..Not reliable to open the gym at the time it needs to be open. Its not acceptable..Ask questions about fees before joining.... more

I am just visiting for work and i come to this area 2 times per year for a few weeks each time. The front desk guy was super helpful in getting me the best deal so i can use the gym while im here.... more
Not helpfull. Got the run around. When I decided to maybe cancel was told they couldn't help. Then the number I called told me to go online after asking more personal info. Then told to go to a difficult website that was difficult.... more

Fairly cheap but pushy vibe. One of the staff who is a guy kept on forcing me to buy a membership. I wish there are showers there too. Spacing was decent in terms of moving around. A lot to improve despite nice equipment.... more
gim most of the times smell bad they did,t clean enough no and right now air condition not working and is like being in a sauna with this temperatures use to be a good gim but now they are careless don,t do clean up and always smell very bad sweat and pee in the restroom, i ask to replace a bad light in the changing room more then 5 times since 2 months ago and the light bulb still broken hope they get some one to do the fix and cleaning soon.... more
Fitness 19 is an excellent place to work out. Good equipment that's kept clean and friendly people. The music is abysmal -- often soft hip-hop that nobody wants to work out to, which is why almost everyone wears headphones or earbuds.... more

Nice gym, friendly employees. But it's common for opening hours staff to be late to open. Sometimes up to a half hour late! Disrespectful to members who have planned a workout early only to have it cancelled.... more
Worst experience I have ever had..please skip this gym.The gym is clean and the machines are in good repair. The staff is always nice and helpful. It is a bit smaller than some of the local offerings but a great value.... more
