An amazing gym workers there are nice and helpful they have so many equipments for so many types of workout and also it's a very clean gym.
Its good and most people there are friendly. Only draw back is that they are not open later on the weekends. Its the only gym close to me also
I go every morning around 6am. Staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer the morning time so its not too crowded. It is definitely a smaller gym but they have everything you need to get a great workout in!
It's a very clean gym, they take care of their equipment very well if it break down they make sure it's fixed right away I like working out at Fitness 19 they have friendly people working there. I hope the owner a Fitness 19 would consider opening a club in Beaumont, I love going to the Yucaipa Club and I'm hoping they would open one where I live at and Beaumont so I can save some gas.
Nice assortment of machines, friendly staff, great trainers, and hours that fit most schedules (except that they close at 8pm on Saturday.)
Wondering why it's taking months to fix my start date. Computer shows Nov 2016 and good for 3 year membership. However when I go in they always tell me I'm expired. It's getting old and tiresome having to explain. Get the record fixed or find someone who knows how to fix them. I'm signed up until Nov 2019. Otherwise it's a great place for classes and workouts.

Showed up at 7am and gym was closed, one of the trainers showed up and was trying to call someone with keys but no one was answering, not cool. There was a crowd of people waiting. Then a guy showed up and let us in, apparently he took someone's shift and forgot about it. We were waiting a long time and he didn't even apologize. That was unprofessional.

it seems as though you are not important if you don't give this gym hundreds of dollars...
I only needed the gym for 13 days and no one even offered me the month pass...i told them I lived over an hour away and this was only temporary...
I wanted to see my progress after only working out for 13 days to get ready for my wedding..Angela told me to come see her Friday when I was done..but when I asked if she could weigh me to see the progress that I made she blew me off saying she had no time for me...this is the worst experience that I have ever had at any gym...i will not be returning...i paid $109 to work out for 13 days and they are still taking another $20 out...when I called the manager Brice he was no help and not very curtiois. He did not want to help at all...i would think after I was told that I could dispute it that someone would at least try to help me rather than get a bad review...

Great staff and equipment is well maintained.
They have the best personal trainers around town.
Good value, better than average selection of activities. Restrooms have room for improvement.
I like the gym and you can't beat the monthly dues, but it is way oversold causing crowding and having to wait on machines. They only have multiple of a few machines so you have to wait or find something else to do. I would rate it a 5 if it wasn't so crowded. It couldn't hurt to be a little bigger also. They did remodel the restrooms. Staff is great. They always greet you when you walk in.

Told they would send me to collections if I did not pay membership. Would not cancel my membership per my request.
Bryce was very rude and not helpful in any way.
Have to make a special trip from out of area. Cost unkwn for trip.
Will never use them again. Found out each is individually owned and operated.
According to them you have to go to the site you joined in person in order to cancel.

Garrett Castro was awesome. He signed my daughter Amara up with the Fitness 19. It has been a amazing transformation for my daughter. She is sleeping good and she is very happy. I Thank Garrett and the crew for making a difference in the community. You guys are awesome. And keep up the great work.
Really good place. My only gripe is that the section that is clearly marked for circuit always has one or two patrons casually using one of the machines. When you ask them to let you use the machine because you're trying to keep pace with the timer, they really get upset. Like they can't move aside for 90 seconds while you use the machine for it's intended purpose. Well, most people are understanding. Certain types get pissed. I won't open that can of worms.
That was a long rant on a single subject, but that is the only problem I have with Fitness 19. Everything else is golden. Machines that don't work properly seem to be addressed in a timely manner. Plenty of availability with the rare exception that the gym is a little crowded. Very friendly staff.
They'll show you the section set aside for circuit training. Don't get your hopes up. Consider it general use like the rest of the gym. Honestly, you can go around the people that aren't there for circuit training and come go back later. It's just that you shouldn't have to. (can you tell this boters me? seriously, it really is a great gym.)

Great monthly rate if all you want and need is a gym to do your own thing/access to classes. Class instructors are all amazing, especially Cheryl. There is no pool or sauna, however they updated the restrooms and put some fresh paint and colors on the walls, as well as a new water station and redid the "aerobics" room a few years ago, so that really helped with keeping nice and up to date. They get newer equipment every so often as well. Management is pretty good at getting back to you with answers to your concerns but it may take a few days.
All and all, I like this gym because of the price per month, I've been going here for years now and haven't been able to bring myself to pay more for a different place, with only a few more amenities. Plus I do have access to all the Fitness 19 gyms across the US at no additional charge.
The place is good for straight up workouts and plenty of treadmills. They have the kids club, classes for what ever. They also have protein supplements and drinks nice and cool. The membership value is great.
