Worst experience I have ever had..please skip this gym
The gym is clean and the machines are in good repair. The staff is always nice and helpful. It is a bit smaller than some of the local offerings but a great value. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of a dry sauna.

I opened a new account, I changed my mind about going here and cancelled in person the next 2 days. They gave me hard time with cancelling continuing to ask "why cancel already?" After 3-4 attempts it was successful. Finally it was cancelled, I asked for paperwork of the confirmation of the cancellation and he said simply "Sorry we're out of paper". Let me ask, what kind of fitness center does not have paper, are they for reals that busy for business. This was last month, I got my refund after the cancellation: Initiation fee and monthly fee BUT this month fitness 19 charged me again for each person we opened the account for (3). I do not know if Fitness 19 will charge me again next month and so forth. I did called the bank and was told you were able to block the charges from Fitness 19, of course i did that. Totally do not recommnend,

This location is the dirtiest location. Friendly staff but they never have anything to clean the machines with. Equipment is sticky and always has sweat on it. I asked an employee once if they ever clean the machines and he said they don't have anything to clean them with. Other locations are great.
Nice staff and good amount of workout material.
If there was a negative rating I would have chose that! Signed up for 3 months of personal training and come to find out they continued to charge my card for an additional8 months! Almost 1,300 hundred dollars later, can't get a hold of corporate and no one calls me from the gym. Horrible company!
