Everything was terrific! Most importantly, customer service says a lot about your business. AJ was really GREAT, he really did an excellent job welcoming me on my first visit, he had all my information ready for my arrival, I was VERY impressed, and after my workout he sent me all paperwork in a timely manner. I work in sales so I know how crucial customer service can be. This type of service is not expected at a gym. I'm a former Barry's Boot-camp girl and I did not want to join orange theory, but I'm very pleased with my experience! The trainer was great and checked-in to make sure I was okay and asked about injuries. The workout was very hard but I expected this..overall a great studio and if I get extended on my contract, I'll sign up for another unlimited month :) Thank you!
