tried to sign up for classes and I have a thick accent but front desk was rude with me - I decided to go to another studio

I hadn't taken working out very seriously in 10 years - due to various health ailments that wouldn't allow me to maintain weight, and hip surgery two years ago. I joined OTF back in June and immediately fell in love, despite being incredibly out of shape! I originally started with the 8-classes a month package and switched to the unlimited package in July because I was addicted. I know try to go 3-4 times a week, and have already noticed significant change in my body! I love the way I'm feeling physically and emotionally!

Coach Allie was without a doubt the best coach I've had at OTF! Her energy is so contagious & she's very motivating in several ways. 1) Her word choice is intentional & clear. 2) Her music is spot on, so perfect the entire class. 3) Her enthusiasm for leading the class is electric! Allie provides individual support, individual motivation & individual suggestions for form improvement. You can really tell that she loves what she does!

I love a good HIIT workout and recently decided to try OTF to supplement my Beachbody/Insanity workouts. After only two weeks, I ended up getting an unlimited plan and am in the studio 5 days a week! I find that it pushes me just a bit harder than working out alone. Also, it's nice that there's a new workout every day, so it's never repetitive. OTF Ballston staff and coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely recommend trying a class - first one is free!

Love the coaches! Josh and CG are the best! They have great playlists and are genuinely the most encouraging people I have ever met. I really enjoy their 8:15/9:30 classes on Monday/Wednesday.

Great workout for all fitness levels since you can do everything at your own pace. The variety and always knowing you will never have the same workout twice is really nice. I've been able to see physical results, but also this workout has increased my confidence. It's amazing to see what your body can do!

I love OT because I can reach my own MAX. I'm not competing with anyone but myself. I try to challenge myself during every class. I also love the fact that every class is different and all trainers are wonderful.

The experience I've had with the team at OTF Ballston is second to none! The front desk staff is always friendly and assists with any questions I've had from scheduling classes to membership changes. The coaches genuinely care about the members in their classes. They thoroughly explain how to safely perform each exercise, help to correct form, and encourage everyone to work harder to reach their potential. This type of workout can seem intimidating at first but the environment this team has created makes you feel like you belong and have a strong support system!

I really enjoy having a program that is constantly changing (intervals, reps, exercises) but that I can also rely on having certain aspects remain the same (treads, rowing, floor). Having a coach able to push me throughout the workout is another huge component for me. As a former college athlete that is something I have really missed and found a class that fits perfectly with what I have been looking for.

Love it! The class is very difficult in the best possible way. Loud music and lots of variety in what you are doing during the class. The instructors (I have taken classes with Grant, Joe, and Amit) are fantastic. They really make the class. I have taken a bunch with Grant and he's really good at turning off the mic and giving me direct feedback on form for floor exercises.

OrangeTheory kicks my butt and I feel like I get into great shape through doing it. The coaches and group aspect really motivate me and I like the loud music. Gets me in the zone, so I can push myself.

Being able to use a heart rate monitor and watch your progress throughout the workout really helps to push you harder to get to that orange zone. The studio is very clean and equipped with everything you need, including lockers to hold personal belongings. All of the coaches and staff are extremely friendly and more than willing to help out during the workouts and answer any questions. They make the studio fun and energetic, which makes you want to come work out. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a membership while I was there!

Professional and attentive staff with high energy trainers. This high intensity workout rotates you through sprint work (treadmill), rowing, and floor work (body and light weights). It's tough, but worth it. The heart rate monitor you wear provides helpful stats after the 55 min workout for those wanting to track their results. Reserve a spot ahead of time - it's a popular spot - and it's easy to see why.

It was a lot of fun and it really works EVERY part of your body! I was sore but in a good way afterwards. The energy in the room for the workout was awesome and everyone there was super friendly and helpful!

Everything was terrific! Most importantly, customer service says a lot about your business. AJ was really GREAT, he really did an excellent job welcoming me on my first visit, he had all my information ready for my arrival, I was VERY impressed, and after my workout he sent me all paperwork in a timely manner. I work in sales so I know how crucial customer service can be. This type of service is not expected at a gym. I'm a former Barry's Boot-camp girl and I did not want to join orange theory, but I'm very pleased with my experience! The trainer was great and checked-in to make sure I was okay and asked about injuries. The workout was very hard but I expected this..overall a great studio and if I get extended on my contract, I'll sign up for another unlimited month :) Thank you!
