I loved loved LOVED going to Fresh when I lived in New Haven. They opened their Ninth Square location right when I moved there, and I used to be a regular. Their classes were always reasonably priced and their instructors had a lot of range -- generally, people veered towards the Forrest style , but there is definitely something for everyone.... more
