Great yoga studio horrible business. Owner is a thief skimming money and lying to customers about protocols. Makes them up as she goes along. Has happened three times,that I know of personally. I would never let a friend or family member come here. New Haven has much more honest small business minded places where their clients mayer before excess revenue

This is a great yoga studio. Ed's classes are very popular.

I loved loved LOVED going to Fresh when I lived in New Haven. They opened their Ninth Square location right when I moved there, and I used to be a regular. Their classes were always reasonably priced and their instructors had a lot of range -- generally, people veered towards the Forrest style (Heidi, the owner, follows very much in the tradition of her teacher, Ana Forrest), but there is definitely something for everyone. I've been to Ashtanga and Yin classes there as well.
