I've been trying to find a workout that would stick. Sarah's classes are wonderful. I am someone that gets bored easily and quickly but Sarah offers a variety of strength and endurance training and continues to switch it up so that I'm constantly on my toes! Genesis Health Clubs overall are pretty good. I like the classes they offer. I wish they had an app for your phone, and that the website was more user friendly. I also wish they offered popular classes more often and at different times.... more
