I recently ran the horsetooth half marathon. My legs were very sore, I had a hard time walking around. I had a massage with Vali two days after my half marathon. I don't know how she did it but I felt amazing after my massage! Vali is a phenomenal massage therapist, I would highly recommend going to see her. She is so good at what she does.
