Fantastic community.. The first rule when learning how to teach yoga is to make sure nobody hurts themselves. Sarada caused me to tear my shoulder after calling out in front of the whole class asking why I was not fully going in to a pose so out of embarrassment I pushed myself to do the pose.... more
