I'm an active masters swimmer, now in my late 30s. I started having joint issues in my early and mid 30s, so I started seeing John 3 years ago. I've continued working with John throughout these 3 years because he's helped me so much with my overall health. He's helped me fix issues with the way I walk, run, squat, swim, sit, and stand, and we frequently discuss how I can improve my diet. We also discuss my long-term health goals, and he adjusts his treatment accordingly. His combination of exercises, table work, and needling is excellent.
John is also a great teacher of physiology in addition to being a great physiotherapist!I always want to understand specifics of what John is doing at any point and how it fits into our overall goals, and he's great about providing explanations and answering my questions. He'll often use charts on his walls or in reference books to help me visualize his explanations, which is fantastic.
