They have activities for every age and fitness ability. It's a great place!. I've been coming to In-Shape for 2 years now and it's always a great experience. My 3 year old loves the ladies, they are always so attentive with all the children and that is very comforting.... more

I'm not big on doing reviews but with how great their Sunday brunch was I had to write about it.. the food was some of the best I have ever had especially at a all you can eat buffet, endless seafood and bottomless mimosas you cant go wrong with this place if you have never tried it I suggest you go out and try it.... more
