love this place. always have an amazing feeling when I leave, the best hour workout i have had in awhile. much better then going to the gym!!. I have been going to CKO in Santee for about a year now and I am really satisfied with my results!!! I just turned 47 and honestly a year ago was so out of shape and really unhappy about my health and body!!! I have lost 30lbs and 2 pant sizes and toned areas I never thought I could!! My really big accomplishment is that I was able to get my "booty" back which for women my age starts to get flat- My trainers helped me take care of that!!! Great Gym! They now have yoga, cycling and other classes than just crossfit training. The prices are reasonable and the staff are trained and certified unlike other local "crossfit" gyms.... more
