My favorite yoga spot in LA! Great music, instructors and I love that they allow you to flow on your own speed so you can get the most out of the practice. I use this as an active recovery and it is exactly what my body needs in between tougher workouts.... more

It's laid-back and, depending on the teacher, even more laid-back and awesome!
