I live in Brentwood and close by to this studio but the most reason I choose this place for my practice (more than 23 years) is for having lovely teachers and staff.
Affordable prices and great workout session!
Plenty of classes and reasonably priced. Usually can find parking (hard to believe but true for me so far)
As one of YogaWorks "Legacy" studios it certainly has seen a lot of action of the years, but this has long been one of my go to studios. Great staff, great teachers, and if you don't find what you like the first time there are 100 other classes and teachers to try until you find the right fit.
My favorite yoga place in town. Great location, great staff, friendly crowd... perfect recipe for a success!
Disappointing. Took a class from Brock here based on some recommendations from friends. Music was so loud I couldn't hear the instructor at all. It was a level 3 class so maybe the principle was that the instructor no longer is there to teach since its more advanced students? He mostly stood behind the first row and spoke facing forward towards them with his back to the rest of the room, which added to my inability to hear. I have an advanced practice but was mostly unable to follow along as me and the rest of the back row spent the class having to watch the front row and follow their movement cues rather than be able to receive instruction from the teacher. Bummer, as I had heard encouraging things about his class. About a third of the students chose to leave the class before it ended.
I've always scoffed at yoga works. I was convinced to try their 14 day trial and I've been impressed. Their teachers provided a different experience than gym yoga classes I've tried. I get it now. This location also provides free rooftop parking.
