Seems like the majority of instructors at Yogaworks give you only verbal cues just walking around the room. Pretty much no demonstrations that I have never been to yoga studios like that before.

This place is great. I looked all over the place for a yoga studio that's just right - not too uptight and snobby, and not too "out there". This place really does rock: it is clean (major selling point for me), reasonably priced, and conveniently located next to my favorite coffee shop on Main Street. What else?
Also, side note, always glad to not be the only dude in a yoga class... and I (almost) never am here :)

This yoga works has some of the best teachers around. I can only attest to level 2 and 2/3 classes, which are almost always strong power flows, probably not the best for true beginners. Some classes get too packed for my taste, mat to mat with students on the stage, so avoid classes that say "walk in only," if you're like me. My favorite teachers are Tiffany, Sara, Caley, and Chad.
I also want to commend their membership team. I had an injury that made yoga off limits for months, and they not only froze my account, but were accommodating with an extension when I was unable to come back after the freeze period ended. Much appreciated.
The welcoming was very disappointing... nothing like yogaworks in Soho, NYC. The hostess was hostile, not smiling... I ended up doing yoga somewhere else :-)
No problem with the 4:15pm class on Friday or the teacher. The problem is with the front desk. 2 staff who are not efficient. I gave them my card to charge for the class and 2 hours after they didn't do anything. They were sitting & did absolutely nothing!!! They're not competent for the job. So slow & inefficient.

I took a 2/3 flow class substituted by Petra and loved the speed and intensity of the class. She's a great teacher. It wasn't too hard or too easy and she's got awesome music!
