My favorite yoga spot in LA! Great music, instructors and I love that they allow you to flow on your own speed so you can get the most out of the practice. I use this as an active recovery and it is exactly what my body needs in between tougher workouts.
Just tried Sweat for the first time in Santa Monica and loved it! I'm not an advanced yogi by any means, and the sweat flow class was the perfect challenge of conditioning and flow sequence. Christine was my instructor, and she was great. I could hear her the whole time, and she gave a nice variety of flow sequences. Looking forward to coming back!
I love this place. I've never been into Yoga, but after coming here my opinion has completely changed. I have now added Sweat Yoga into my weekly routine. The place is extremely clean and the instructors are very helpful. Everyone I've met in the class has also been very nice. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
The best hot yoga place I tried. Every class is different and its a good variation. Temperature is not crazy hot, so you can actually enjoy the class without feeling you're going to faint. The loud music and dark room makes It all a better experience
After many years at different hot yoga studio, I was blown away by Sweat. The room, the teachers, the facilities-- everything was a level above the competition. I've taken a handful of the classes, from half n half to sweat chizle to flow, all are great. Highly recommend Sweat!
sweat is AMAZING! everyone is so encouraging and kind and you feel empowered and happy leaving the classes.

Great hot yoga studio!
Not only is it a beautiful studio with state of the art equipment, they've also got awesome teachers.
The classes are on the more advanced level as far as I have visited (Sweat flow and Rise and Flow). So it's pretty fast paced and you're left some time to flow on your own always at the end of sequence!
Will definitely keep on going back.
