I tried the hot yoga here. The class is intense, very hot, and SOOO GOOD! The class was very crowded. You may have feet in your face, and possibly someone else's sweat near you, but the glow that you get will be worth it. They also hand out a cold wet towel afterward, which was heaven!
Google had terrible directions, which made me almost miss the class. It is near the Fuddruckers and CVS, not the regal cinemas and Target.
This place is an awesome spot for hot yoga in San Diego. Every instructor is helpful and understanding to what your needs are as a yoga student. They have non heated classes too!
