I freaking LOVE this place! Having tried 2 studios prior and at the glowing referral from a colleague (now friend!), I gave West Coast Pilates Centre a go. That was 14 months ago and I couldn't be more pleased. All the instructors are "pilates passionate" and all are warm, welcoming, fun and knowledgeable. I have newfound strength, agility and overall core power that no other workout has provided, not to mention relief (finally) from chronic lower back issues. I also have a newfound appreciation for my body and movement. I've taken classes from all instructors and each brings unique and challenging teaching styles that keep you on your toes. It never gets boring! Heather, the owner is magnificent and it's obvious that her studio is clearly a matter of the heart, given how invested she is in every client. The studio is located conveniently to freeway access, has plenty of parking, excellent hours and is well-equipped and extremely clean. Becoming a member here is clearly one of the best decisions I've made in my life! :-)
This studio is amazing! Great instructors that motivate and encourage you. There's a variety of classes, both levels and times. The studio is immaculate with twelve reformers and Exo chairs and a Cadillac for privates.
This is a wonderful studio to take reformer Pilates classes. All the teachers have great personalities and really know what they are teaching. And you can tell they enjoy teaching too. That's what makes this studio stand out from others that I have been too. Try a class at this location, there's a lot of classes to choose from. You won't be disappointed.
Best pilates studio in East County hands down!!! All of the instructors here are kind and knowledgeable. The studio and equipment is always kept clean. I started with the groupon and quickly became hooked, I now come twice a week religiously. I cannot recommend it more highly.
