I visit San Diego often and I really appreciate having Core Power classes available all over the county. I specifically visit the La Mesa studio- appreciate the convenient location and clean studio.
My intuition lead me to write this review. I came to this location because it's the closest to me to continue my yoga practice.
I came for one class and there was a teacher that was very rude and passive aggressive. This is why I decided not to come back. 11 months later I returned to make a purchase and this teacher remember me and was rude to me again. I found that what I felt the first time was right and I am glad I didn't sign up to this studio. The only thing I'm missing in this review is her name I did not care to ask, but we aware.

I love CorePower Yoga! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The studio is super clean. I have been to 2 hot yoga classes and feel amazing after every class.
Wonderful staff with compassionate, caring guidance. Always restored after the hour. This is not just exercise but more a discipline for the stresses of everyday life.
Yoga isn't about being flexible, It's about connecting your mind, body and spirit. Breath to movement helps to keep you focused on your flow. I have never left a workout feeling so relaxed and strong! I have no pain and can perform all activities of daily living. I am a personal trainer and recommend yoga be incorporated into anyone's fitness program.

Love the La Mesa CopePower Yoga on Baltimore. The instructors are wonder, caring, friendly. The facility is clean and clean smelling. My health has greatly improved due to coming here. Would strongly recommend.

Had a recent injury, and was advised by doctor to start yoga for rehab. Did some research and found these guys. Not only are they super professional but very clean and state of the art studio. And being that this is my 1st time practicing yoga I had tons of questions. And the staff took the time to educate me. They were very patient with me and helpful.

Session was dope, studio was extra dope. I've been to a couple other studios in San Diego, I gotta say La Mesa has something special, it feels small village like. Staff is cool and the vibe is lit.
This is my home-away-from-home! Instructors are always positive and care about every student equally. If you haven't tried CorePower yet then this is the location to start your amazing journey:)
I had a great time doing candlelight yoga. The ambiance was very relaxing and the instructor was wonderful. She knew everyone's names and would give positive feedback when necessarily. The bussiness was very clean.
