This man, Robert Greblheo is one of the most caring and compassionate human beings that I know. He is an expert at instructing Yoga classes and offers small classes to provide one on one feedback. Yoga has been shown to increase flexibility, improve health, and circulation in people who have diabetes and other health problems. A big five stars to Robert!
