please adjust hours or show closed on your website. due to the virus going around. I understand it's no ones fault but seen alot of cars drive by this morning including myself to find the location in chula vista is currently closed not reflecting the website. this place is great other than that.

Clean, friendly atmosphere with sauna, steam room, hydro massage, tanning and nice variety of group exercise classes. The only thing missing is at least one early bird group exercise class daily like yoga, zumba and body combat at 5am, any instructor, they're all wonderful;)

Staff always greets you with a smile. The equipment is clean.Staff is always walking around cleaning and ready to answer any questions. Compared to other gyms that I've been a member of,this is without a doubt the best...Air conditioning is a plus.By far the best bang for your buck.

Good place to get a good workout in. Hydro massage is pretty great.

This is really the work out place for the rest of us. No stress, image intimidation or worries. Love this place. You will too. Very affordable membership.

I only attend zumba class. Their instructors doesn't speak english. They start the class with very fast music they themselves can't follow. I don't think they're licensed zumba instructors.

I gave it and extra star just because the customer service is very good. Other than that, not enough machines for the overabundance of people that are always there. Literally, always way too many people whether it is the busy hours or not. If you are looking for a place that doesn't need all the glitter of newer machines, look elsewhere because you will have way too much downtime waiting for the next machine.

Nice gym, however it is really busy. It has all the equipment you may be looking, for but you will have to figure out when the quiet times are if you want to avoid the crowd.

I really like the facility and amenities, but it's always packed in the afternoons between 4 pm and 8 pm its nearly impossible to use the equipment. I feel I waste useful time trying to catch a cardio or weight machine if I go during that time. I've gone between 10 am and 2 pm and it's another story. I can actually work out ;) I must say this though because it is IRRITATING: men highjack the weights. Some of us girls have to wait (and waste) precious time until they are done with ridiculous amounts of unnecessary sets/repetitions. It has hapened twice or three times where I had to literaly and rudely take over on a machine because it doesn't make sense the amount of time it takes these people to finish a set/reps. Another thing I have noticed is that once guys are done doing sets in machines they don't re-rack plates used. I observed this poor girl wanting to use the leg press machine but couldn't because she was unable to remove the weight left there by a previous guy, I had to help her out remove the 8 - 45 lb plates. Be polite, re-rack!!! And clean your dripping sweat from the machines used, Gymtiquet 101!

Free 7 day pass, Adrial was very sweet helping me get started. Very impressed with all new bright clean gym. Spacious locker rooms, paper towels & disinfecting spray readily available to clean machines after use. All shapes, sizes, equal amount of young & old people, also good mix of heavy set & thin people. I felt extremely comfortable , especially enjoyed the air-conditioning, music, & watching the big flat screen tv's. Great place :)

I love this place, clean as all hell, the team training is the best part in my opinion, and if you are here as a soloist and need help with a machine...the staff will ACTUALLY go, help you, and make sure you're doing it in a safe manner.

I love Chuze, but i have to rate the 3rd ave. gym, low. They have come to the point when during the week is a darn zoo. Machines are hardly available, because it's packed with so many people now. Also, 4 to 5 times out of the month the gym will smell like funk and bacteria. My dear Chuze is disappointing me and others in my family as well.

This gym is by far the best gym I've been to in years. I was going to 24 hour fitness on and off for 3 years and once this opened I went to try it with my sister being her guest and I was in love. Very polite staff and very helpful. Always available when you need them. Very clean as well from the equipment to the bathrooms and showers, also they have a Cinema room for those who want to watch a movie while running. Its the best gym for the price you pay, nothing can beat it. Would highly recommend. Just gets packed around 4pm and on try to avoid those times. Overall Chuze will always be my go to gym !! :)

The prices for Chuze are AMAZING. They're 100% clean, the staff is very helpful. They have Hydro Massage Chairs/Beds, a movie theater to workout in, 3 sauna's, and 1 steam room. Working out here is a really positive environment. They have a daycare for your kids too.
