The Gym is very clean and they are always sweeping and keeping the sanitizers full,. The Trainers are great but you have to send time matching and may have to go through a couple until you meet your match. Its a great place good people.

Great choice if you want to lift. This location has everything you need to get the job done. Everything here is kept clean and in good working order. In a perfect world, this spot would be open 24/7. I kinda keep weird hours due to my job, so that would kinda be this place's fifth star. Classes/juice bar/extras: these are things I don't use so I can't really comment, but they're here if you like that stuff.

Since working out with Brian I have lost 40 pounds, become much stronger, and can finally do pull-ups! He and his team are extremely knowledgeable, fun, and experts at helping regular people reach their fitness goals.
I highly recommend Strong Made Simple to help you achieve any and all of your fitness goals. Brian helped me learn how to squat properly and increase my lower body strength by introducing me to a variety of exercises including the goblet squat, back squat, front squat, and single leg deadlift. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and will make you feel comfortable that you're in good and capable hands. His knowledge base is also very diverse in addition to thorough. He is very encouraging, motivating, and very in tune; he knows your limits and will challenge you to work up to them and eventually surpass them as you grow stronger, rather than sell yourself short. I don't think there's any goal too lofty or unique that Strong Made Simple can't help you with.
