I have tried several of the classes at Omni 1. All of the instructors are passionate and welcoming so I can come whichever day works best for my schedule that week and know it will be a good class.
I took Amara's Gentle Hatha and Vinyasa. She is very nice. She is a great teacher. I was a little nervous for my first Yoga experience but she made it very comfortable! The space is small but you can get more attention from the teacher to make sure you do each pose in correct way.
I love small the size class and you can stay focus. Highly recommended!
I've been going to Omni 1 Yoga for almost two years and I have found it to be a welcoming and peaceful place to practice yoga. All of the instructors are polite and make you feel at home. Owners Amara and Chris are knowledgeable and cater to all levels of practice. I recommend Omni 1 Yoga to anyone looking to improve his or her health and spiritual well being.

Beautiful artwork is hung on the walls and you feel a sense of community within the space. They also provide blankets, blocks and straps you might need during the class!
I struggle with chronic lower back pain and Gentle Hatha is a powerful class that led me to a state of stillness and bliss. I did not feel intimidated at all as Amara made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She is a kind soul who is knowledgeable and goes out of her way for your personal needs. Her voice is calm and she always ends her classes with positive words and mindful meditation. Prices are very affordable and they even offer walk ins. Ultimately, I had an incredible experience that left me feeling more grounded than ever. I highly recommended it to anyone looking to begin their healing journey, especially beginners.

I have practiced yoga at several studios and generally do not like the "competitive" environment that exists in many of these places. There is no competition here - Amara is such a great yoga instructor and the studio is very inviting and open to all who practice. I will be taking some sort of membership when my Groupon expires because I do like it here very much. Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

I'm just a beginner at yoga, but the classes offered at the studio range in difficulties, which has made easing into yoga smooth for me. Also, the studio is nice and private since the doors are closed and the windows are curtained off from the street view once a class is in session!
