This is the first activity I chose for our kids. They offered a week trial to see if the kids like it before initiating a commitment. The kids felt safe and confident about the lessons. The instructors are patient and very friendly. The staff is also friendly. Give them a try!

Great place for the whole family. They offer Tae kwon do for kids. Muay Thai for teens/ adults and power fitness. Family oriented business.

Great attention, instruction & professionalism; awesome for 3-5 yrs Super Stars; In 1 month Grandchildren have responded posively, earned 1st white belt; just love Ms. Evelyn, Mr. Mario & Mr. T.
