I have been working out with Mike for about 6 months and it has been great. Mike is a great trainer, very professional and very knowledgeable. The key for me has been that I have been going for 6 months meaning that I like going and like working out with him. He changes my routine weekly so I don't get bored. One week I will be boxing, the next week I am working out with free weights, the next the machines. In the past with other trainers I would go for a few sessions and bail because I dreaded it. I would get pushed beyond my limits, feel like a failure and not go back. Mike definitely challenges me and I am seeing gains in my muscle mass, strength and flexibility and at pace that I can stick with. For me it is a marathon and not a sprint and Mike is helping me get there.
