I did online training with Shakeya Johnson (instagtam: shakeya_johnson). At the beginning of our 6 week program I wasnt in the best of shape and I was 4 months postpartum. I told Shakeya my goals and where I wanted to be. She was very interactive with me and checked in very frequently. If I had a question she made sure that I knew she was always available. When I was having doubts she reassured me and let me know that I could finish through and just overall helped me feel confident in myself. She was more than exceptional and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
