Great local gym, very clean and equipment is nice and works well, classes are fun and effective with Ros C from Ireland, Family atmosphere and it was easy to cancle when I moved out of the are

We've been going for about 8 months and me and my husband love this gym, the staff is friendly, the gym it's not huge but it has a lot of different machines and it never gets super packed. Plus I always find everything (includind the bathrooms) very clean and open 24hrs.

The gym itself is fine and the people who work there are kind, however their billing is ridiculous. I paid first and last month when I signed up, in the contract it says you have to give 30 days notice before cancelling - fine. I cancelled on 20 days notice, paid in cash for an extra month (on top of the extra month I paid in the beginning) and thought that would be the end of it. I was very wrong, every week someone new would call me saying I owe them money and every week I would tell them I paid twice and that I resolved this in person before I moved out of state. They kept calling, and then went to a collection agency and keep inflating the amount I "owe" them. Completely ridiculous. Only advice I can give is don't give them your credit card information.

Been a member for many years other than a few minor inconveniences. I'll never cancel my membership here. I don't know why there are these snowflakes giving 1 stars for a minor once in a blue moon issues, but that how us winey Americunts have things to complain about. Keep up the good work guys.

I like this gym...my husband and i just became members last week. So far the staff have been really nice and i like how it's not packed with people during evening hours.

Im only leaving one star because since my wife started going there shes had creeps follow her, creeps trying to add her on facebook or instagram after she checked in online and the person still at the gym and now last night someone stole her keys from the gym .. It turned into a nightmare having to wait over an 1hour and ended up having to tow the car to the house!!

Not 24 hours. Just showed up after taking my pre workout with my wife to be denied around 7pm on a Saturday. We also saw one guy In there working out by himself but all doors were locked.

Went twice. Didn't like it at all. Employees made me feel uncomfortable and judged. Waited for the owner numerous times and they never showed up. And they aren't allowing me to cancel my membership unless I pay for an entire year and a cancellation fee. Don't give them your money. Super untrustworthy and crooked.
UPDATE: It is now January. Still paying. STILL HAVENT GONE BACK. Still disrespected.

If I could leave more than five stars, I definitely would! I have found IB Fitness to be an extremely clean, convenient, friendly and easy going gym. My FAVORITE thing about IB Fitness is the fact it is ACTUALLY a 24 hr facility!! I have found that because it is open for 24 hours that people tend to space themselves out pretty well so it is never too busy for me to use a piece of equipment. It seems to me that a lot of the negative reviews about this place are only by people who do not thoroughly read their paperwork or get what they want.. but idk that's just my opinion! ANYWAYS, I highly recommend this gym!!!

Equipment overall is good. But today when working out I see some random person come in and start going through the trash cans collecting bottles and cans etc.. and then touching equipment, touching door handles, touching all of the facility without washing their hands afterwards is absolutely disgusting and then I go to the front desk and they say oh it's just a recycling bin... And defended the procedure.. that is absolutely no excuse for someone to come in and dig through the trash and then touch all over the facility without washing their hands that's how people get sick, that's how germs spread,and it's ridiculous. Makes me seriously reconsider coming back because This community doesn't have time to be getting sick.

My husband and I (Brian Jones) G.E. employee, love the gym and the service! The hours are great. Have always had a great time and a great work out. Great staff!

I had a bad experience with one of their employees, Serina. She urged me to pay for two months upfront (158 dollars no less) for a month-to-month membership, so I wouldn't have to pay for another month after I cancelled (as per their contract policy, there is a 30 day cancellation notice). When I did cancel, she went back on her word. But to be fair, the gym itself is pretty nice, has a friendly child care unit, and very good teachers. It's unfortunate that some of their staff's business practices don't align with everything good this gym has to offer to our IB community.

IS THERE ANYTHING LOWER TO RATE THESE GUYS ABSOLUTELY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Me and my friend signed up and now that we are moving for work or college they are forcing us to pay which absolutely terrible I showed them my proof that I was moving and out of state even country and they said I still can't stop paying WORST PLACE EVER DONT GO HERE the equipment is old and rusty seats are torn the bathrooms and shower are disgusting and some of the workers act all tough towards their customer the people who give nice rates either work there or have been members since the beginning me and my friend well never go back TERRIBLE GYM NEVER AGAIN

All they wanted was my money. They don't care at all about helping you improve your fitness or self esteem. I felt severely embarassed and judged. Now they refuse to release me from my contract after their trainer did my paper work and wasn't supposed to. Dont waste your money or time
