I just recently joined a little over a month ago and I'm loving it! It has everything i'm looking for and it's a great price too! The staff is super nice and helpful!
Nice clean gym. Not too crowded and has a mellow vibe. Good selection of weights and equipment. One thing, I wish they stayed open later, especially on the weekends.
Went in to sign up at NPF today, Tori (not sure of spelling) provided EXCELLENT customer service. The gym is not huge but plenty big enough for a great workout. I mainly joined because they have a Concept 2 rower, but they also have Hammer Strength machines, which I am very happy about. They have really nice Life Fitness equipment as well. This place gets it.. they have all the right equipment (I know about these things). Great gym at a great price.
Great place to workout. It's clean, has friendly members / staff, and it's convenient. Plenty of free parking and their is rarely a wait for any machines. I've been a member since it opened. Do yourself a favor rather than buying a machine in your lonely garage come work out with your neighbors at North Park Fitness.

As an athlete training for Tokyo 2020 Olympics, I require the best equipment in the gym for my lifts. North Park Fitness has everything you need from squat racks, bench, area where you can do Olympic lifts, free weights and most importantly a friendly staff. Every time I leave the gym I feel stronger and complete. Definitely worth checking out for a drop in or a membership!

It's a small gym, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in a welcoming atmosphere where you don't feel judged (at least for me; I don't feel intimidated by any scary gym rats or meat heads here, unlike some other gyms). The staff are all friendly, the equipment is clean and in good shape. The membership costs are reasonable. They even offer personal training and weekly yoga classes if that's what you're into. The only issue is that it gets a little crowded during peak hours (i.e. right after work), but you'll get that anywhere you go.
NPF is a great gym. They have all the equipment of a regular gym, and even that of a more specialized one(kettlebells, bumper plates, gymnastics rings). Their membership comes at a fair price too.
Great gym, clean, not very busy, good equipment. I appreciate the month to month deal, and there are no weird trainers trying to get me to sign up for personal training.
What could be better: a Precor AMT cardio machine would be awesome!
I feel so incredibly grateful to be a part of this workout community. It's always scary joining a new gym (and can be tough as a shy introvert to make friends) but by my second week of attending classes the employees knew me by name and greeted me every time I walked in. I love the variety of classes that I truly believe you won't be able to get anywhere else. Allison's WERQ class on Saturday is the best dance fitness class i've ever taken, and the group weight lifting class "Shredded" is so unique (to me at least). Every instructor is so damn talented and friendly. At the risk of sounding like they paid me to write this thing, I'll leave it at that. My only con is that the space is starting to feel a little small as they continue to grow. There's not always enough weights (even though they just ordered more) and locker/changing space is SUPER limited. But that's just another testament to how great this place is - I'm sure it's a priority.
Clean, simple, and cheap. I love that there aren't screens attached to the cardio machines and that you can look out the windows while working out. Sometimes the music is too loud--seems like everyone is plugged into their own music anyway so it would be nice if they took the tunes down a notch.
