They are excellent with kids, motivation is thru the roof, very AMAZING men with a heart of gold.

I've been going to this gym for quite some time now and I've always felt like I was being properly trained. It's not like one of those pay to use the equipment places (unless you want that). They train really good here. Never too crowded and you'll never be the only one there. They also offer sparring if your interested, and ready. If you are looking to really train I would definitely recommend this place.
