By far one of the best fitness studios in San Diego! The workouts are challenging, people are friendly, studio is clean and I walk out every time feeling energized and refreshed. Definitely worth a visit! IB is so lucky to have a place like this in their community.

Whether you are an elite athlete or a beginner, Katherine meets you where you are- but she doesn't leave you there. The Studio on Palm is an absolute gem.

Not only is this studio a beautiful and clean space, but you just can't find a better yoga teacher than Kat. I wish I could take a class every single day. I would surely end up in the best shape of my life and bursting with positive vibes! She is amazing! Oh, and more importantly, she has taught my husband the importance of yoga. Ladies, don't leave your men at home! They will get just as good a workout and enjoy going. It will change your life and theirs.
