I trained with Sarah Lopez for about 5 months. I can't say enough positive things. I'll start with the results: I lost 15 pounds while gaining significant muscle mass. She provided guidance around diet to the degree that I was open to it, but wasn't pushy. Following a pregnancy, I had severe abdominal separation so my core was very weak. Sarah figured out just how to help me strengthen this area and work around it so I could still achieve my weight loss goals. By the time I left (because I moved away), my abdominal wall had nearly come back together! Her workouts were always different, personalized, and effective.
One of the best parts about SK Fit are the people. I saw Sarah more than I see most of my friends! She was easy to get to know, fun to be around and quickly became part of my life. She is not unique at this gym. All trainers have a clear customer service orientation, and bring their authentic selves to the job. They are polished, professional, knowledgeable and still keep it real.
I doubt I'll ever find a replacement.
