This place is truly a gift to the San Diego community, they have amazing teachers, the space is clean and neat and most of all welcoming to everyone. After my first class I new I found a new home.

Great, small space. Excellent teachers. Kundalini focuses a lot on breathing and subtle energy, for those who have not tried this kind of yoga before. Love that they offer community yoga twice monthly as a service to the community.
AMAZING cozy and uplifting community! i LOVE theres such a varied teachers with unique styles that cater all interests! this little studio sure feels like you're part of a family.
Working with these teachers has helped me remember what it means to be happy, healthy, and holy. We are lucky to have them, and this studio, in SD.
