Visited here for a day and felt instantly at home. There were people willing to spot and cheer me on for hitting PRs, if you are wanting to lift in San Diego, go here. Every. Day.

This is a great gym! Whether you're into powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, or want to learn, Convoy has the equipment and a welcoming community.
Unfortunately they removed the benefit of members getting to pick the music. Dropping one star.

This is a great hardcore gym. If you want to be a powerlifter, Oly lifter, or bodybuilder you will be right at home here.

I've trained at 15+ powerlifting gyms across the country and Convoy Strength remains my absolute favorite place to train. Friendly yet intense environment, caring staff and top-notch equipment. A must-visit if you take training seriously.
