Great all around Gym. They have all the classes and a pretty decent weight area. Plus a parking lot downtown.
By far the best gym and community to be a part of! When you sign up here they finish by telling you: "Welcome to the family, this is your new home." Definitely not an understatement. They have all the classes you need to get in shape along with great instructors. They know your name and greet you with a smile. I've never had a negative experience at Undisputed Downtown- apart from receiving some gnarly kicks, but that's just a part of the game. :) I recommend this place to anyone looking for a non-traditional gym, a challenge, and a new family.
I have been doing muai thai at this gym for two years and love it! I can't imagine not going. Just like any gym, it is hard to get your butt there. But unlike other gyms, when I leave I am amazed at how hard I worked and what fun it was EVERY single time I go. If you want an awesome workout and people who know what they are doing, this is the place.
This gym offers everything included a family. Und1sputed doesn't mess around. you want to train hard they'll train you hard and with its awesome instructors you will learn to love it there, I advice you to try out as many classes as they offer because at the downtown gym. you get your moneys worth.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. Its the best gym I have ever belong too!!! (I have belong to many gyms thoughout the years) They have the most competetative pricing and offer so much more than other conventional gyms. I first started about 2yrs ago because i was getting bored w my workouts (lifting weighs, machines, and free weights). I started doing boxing and then fell in love with muay thai and the personal training they offer at Undisputed.This gym has a family feel to it .... and everyone greets you by name :) i use to go to the gym 4 days a week. Now i am addicted !!! Im at the gym now 6 to 7 days a week.
Undisputed offers YOGA, MUAY THAI, Boxing , MMA , Jui Jitsu, combat conditioning (cross fit and kettle bells, and Personal training!!! you can never get board!!! Too push yourself even more they offer Boxing Camps, Muay Thai camps, and Conditioning Camps throughout the year!!! The best thing is that you get to train w professionals coaches and train like the pros do!!! :)
