Clean, comfortable, and fresh space. Yidnek was fantastic- very encouraging, demonstrated each move with clear instructions. Definitely pushed us and we had a great workout and left feeling accomplished. The workout was well tailored to our goals and experience. Looking forward to our next session!
I absolutely love this gym! I just relocated from San Diego and the energy and classes are amazing. I'm huge on weights and love the layout. Also the staff was super nice. I just decided this is my new gym:)

Sara is so incredible. I've been working with her for over 4 years. Not only have I avoided injuries from inaccurate posture, but she's also helped me immensely in my training efforts from climbing mountains to doing triathlons
I started training with Glenn about 1.5yrs ago having taken a long road to recovery from a bad car accident. Glenn was able to assess my needs and limitations and build an exercise routine to help me regain some of the mobility I'd lost and get many muscles groups working together again.
I've never liked the gym, nor lifting weights, and have definitely never loved working out. This is the longest I've ever stuck with an exercise program consistently week in and week out. I keep coming back because I see consistent improvement in my body and the hour training flies by because we're always doing something different. He's ingenious at building and putting together series of exercises.
With his personal training, I have strengthened weak areas, stiff areas from the accident, and am now working towards getting stronger to support my active lifestyle. He helped me get back to playing golf after 4 years of being unable to do to the accident.
He's a great listener and I've often walked into a personal training session asking to target certain areas or avoid based on how I'm feeling and he is able to quickly adapt - even if I'm working out with 1 or 2 others.
Even though the personal training gym is in downtown San Diego, its in the East Village where there's plenty of parking.
