Where to start! I love working out with Michelle! Not only does she continually have a workout designed specifically for me, but she is able to help with physical issues that can arise out of the blue! She has helped me resolve, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain and wrist issues! I always feel better after a session, and believe that it is crucial for me as I age to take care of myself. I HIGHLY recommend her and feel confident that once you start - you will be hooked! 3 years ago, when I wanted to add some fun to my life - well, who would have thought it would be pilates, core work and weights!! Thanks, Michelle!!

Awesome instructor, very professional! I've been working out with this personal trainer for a few years now. She has helped me surpass my original fitness goals and now I'm hooked. If you have been wanting to get into physical fitness but never managed to really build a good habit then I recommend "p2 Pilates and Personal Training", it might just be what you have been looking for.

Just an update. Over a year later and I'm still going. Michelle is a great personal trainer and well worth the effort!

I'm starting my sixth year with Michelle. She is unfailingly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and consistently attentive. At the end of the hour it's not unusual for her to say: "Do you have time for one more set of [something]?" I did not believe I could have abdominal strength because of multiple surgeries. Today, my abdominals are very strong, and my body is completely realigned. My cousin who is a personal trainer in another state saw me and was amazed. When I have a sports or stress pain area, Michelle unfailingly improves the situation by modifying my workout on the spot to focus on the supporting muscles. She has improved my mind by teaching me to "send the signal." And, I agree with other reviewers, she knows how to keep me interested by choosing entertaining exercises. She knows her Pilates and she is the best!!!! (I am 60).

I have been going to Michelle for personal training sessions and pilates since the beginning of the summer and I noticed a difference in my body right away! She really trains each person differently and uniquely and finds out what is best for you. I'm very pleased with my results and I will hopefully be training with her for a long time!
