I was just on the site referring a hurt friend when I realized I had never written a review. I was in constant back pain and severely restricted in both movement and activities when I found Function First. With the help of Dr Carey and his co-worker Wendy I was able to rehab an injury I had been nursing for over 20 years. Was then able to go back to the gym and it totally changed my life. When the standard rehab place isn't working these people really could help!

Function First allowed me to recover almost fully from Achilles reconstructive surgery. I was told I would never run again but with the help of the wonderfully talented people at Function First I can jug, run, and even sprint.
It is a great place to get fit with great people. Check it out!
