Great studio. Small, focused classes allow for excellent instruction. Bret C., the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his clients. I'm a long time client, and can definitely tell the difference in my body since my first class. I always highly recommend Pilates Plus San Diego to people looking for a Pilates home studio. It's excellent.

This place is extremely well laid out and the equipment is in superb working order in everything is just really nice. The trainers here are excellent and will work with you whether you're a beginner or advanced. I'm definitely a beginner.
