Great community gym. Owners and trainers take the time to get to know you and care about your progress. They encourage members to join them in 5k runs, bike rides, boot camps and friday happy hours. The facility has a number of different machines and free weights from leg press, shoulder press, ham curl, leg extension, squat rack, incline bench, flat bench, smith, cables and Dumbbells up to triple digits. A cool aspect of the gym is the turf and kick boxing area. There is a push sled and punching bag open to members.
Facility is extremely clean and locker rooms are kept in check hourly. Overall the greatest thing about the gym is the community and camaraderie.
