Hi!! I have four wonderful girls... all competitive dancers and since we started farfalla the girls have immensely improved in multiple areas. They are all different, different ages and have different strengths and areas to improve and Iryna tailors each of their privates and/or group classes to their specific needs. They have not only improved in flexibility but in strength, technique, control, even attitude towards dance and life. She recently opened up her cute new studio in Rancho Santa Fe. It is adorable and super clean. I highly recommend her for any athlete!!
My favorite place in San Diego! Very cozy studio with attentive and excellent professionals. I hurry here and enjoy my results every time. I improved my posture and flexibility, the beauty and femininity of the body. I chose stretching classes for myself because it is an ideal sport for a woman! In addition, the atmosphere is pleasant, small groups and a lot of attention from the coaches.love you Farfalla Fitness and see u tomorrow )
