Susana held space for me in the most beautiful of ways. You feel her complete presence with you and her genuine want to help. Not only did I get to geek out on a whole new aspect of yoga but I was also able to drop into myself. She helped me see the healing is truly in my hands. How powerful is that? I tear up as I write this because something unlocked in me during one of our sessions. Susana let me get out what I needed ( and then some, HA!) and call in my truth- calm strength. Within a few sessions with her I felt better than I had in months. I am still processing all that happened because her sessions are the gift that keeps on giving. If you are looking for support, love, guidance, and accessible practices, I recommend her lifetimes over.

Knowledge, experience, and compassion. Those are the first three words I think of with Urban Yogi. I've been practicing with Susana for 5 years and I'm always learning something new about myself and the yoga practice. She's incredibly adept at tailoring a practice for anything you need. The fusion of yoga, reiki, and now the therapy side of things are truly life affirming. Book a session! Your future self will thank you!

Urban Yoga is a truly lovely studio. As a beginner, this studio has been the perfect space for me to expand on my yoga practice. The studio itself is very warm and inviting- the perfect atmosphere to create a sense of calm and relaxation. Also, the instructors are wonderful- always providing adjustments, encouraging words, and a great workout. There are a variety of classes to choose from, and for new clients the first week is unlimited for $15! I am so happy that I discovered this studio, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere great to practice.
