Went into the store today with my husband. His shorts were faded from the sun as he wore them a lot this summer because we lived in Hawaii and just moved here. Well, after speaking with the fitting room for some time, who we were directed to when we first walked in, we come to find out they discontinued the color-probably because of the same problem. Ironic! (she also wanted to check when we bought it and said if it was more than a year she would not exchange). So, he proceeded to pick out a different color only to be told at the check out (after also having to stand back in the long line) that he had to pay an additional $20 because it was not the same price as original purchase price. Mind you, they no longer carried the color he already had a really wanted, so paying extra was even more of an inconvenience. We decided after all the trouble it was not worth it and we would go to another location where we know we will be treated with 5-star customer service. (We didn't go to that location to start with because we were shopping in a different area). Any professional business should stand by their quality and never let a customer turn away disappointed as we were. Probably won't waste our time going to this location again.
