I highly recommend Infinite Yoga. It's a great studio for beginners to advanced students. I started there 5 years ago, and had never taken a yoga class. I had no idea what I was doing, but it was no problem. The staff is amazing. They have classes for all levels. It's a safe, challenging workout, where you see results right away. If you're thinking about taking a yoga class for the first time, go there. If you're a yoga pro, go there. They have something for everyone in a relaxing, fun environment. There are a couple of studios closer to my house that I have received offers for discounted classes, but I don't even bother. Infinite Yoga is where I want to be.
I have been to several Yoga studios in the San Diego area and must say that this studio is the real deal. The teachers are the best that I have come across, based on their knowlege, experience and teaching skills. I have been practicing yoga at Infinite for several years and Dana and Trevor have helped me improve my practice and deepen my understanding of yoga. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dana and Trevor for the compassion and care with which they teach yoga.
I have taken private lessons with Dana and have taken her teacher training. We are fortunate to have such a studio here in San Diego.
I have tried a lot of studios in San Diego over the past 15+ years and none of them compare to Infinite yoga. There is level of quality of instruction and focus of the students that you don't see in other studios. The teachers are incredibly knowledgable and respectful of the traditions of yoga while being friendly and supportive. When I am asked to recommend a studio, I always recommend Infinite Yoga.
