Amazing CrossFit gym. Owner is a physical therapist and all trainers are fabulous coaches. The atmosphere is awesome. Friendly atmosphere and what an amazing workout. My form has improved tremendously. I have become so much stronger. I have been to a few CrossFit gyms and this is THE BEST! Thanks for the help in transforming my body and mind.
My husband and I dropped in for the week while on vacation, and this gym was absolutely fantastic! They immediately treated us like regular members and made us feel at home. The classes were smaller, which allowed for more in-depth training and advice. Next time we are in town, we will be coming to this gym!
Dropped in here while my husband and I were in town for a few days and had a great time! Everyone was super friendly, and the coaches were very attentive and encouraging. Definitely recommend this box for anyone looking to do some CrossFit in San Diego!
I have been in the CrossFIt world since 2010 and this box is a fantastic example of what CF is supposed to look like. The coaches are attentive and kind. The entire atmosphere is positive and friendly. I can't recommend checking this place out enough. And they even have a kids area for busy parents to get their workout in with some child care provided! Amazing stuff :)

Great place. Every time I'm in Coronado I stop by. Clint, Mike , Dave and the whole CFC family are very welcoming. I highly recommend this box for locals or anyone visting. Great people and awesome programming. I only have positive things to say
